Job Description Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and

career.Responsibilities:
Interface directly with NHQ factories
on production execution, coordinating and communicating program
priorities and assisting in resolving day to day issues that occur
on the factory floors.
EW-IMC CCA & Final FactoryMicrowave
West FactoryCoordinate with Supply Chain and Subcontract functions
to ensure material availability to maintain program schedules.
Work with suppliers as required to
address material issues impacting program cost/schedule
metrics.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this
specific position requires US citizenship statusRequired Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Assist in the implementation and execution of
affordability/cost take out projects. Perform data analysis to
identify additional opportunities worth pursuing.
- Work directly with the Affordability OPM to identify and
estimate ROI on new project ideas.
- Coordinate with the quality organization on defect trends and
COPQ drivers to create and maintain actionable Root Cause
Corrective Action plans.
- Identify HPU outliers across all builds and develop and
maintain actions to resolve.
- Assist with Control Account Management by providing Earned
Value inputs to authorized CAMs.
- Inclusive of % completion for ongoing tasks.
- Risk and Opportunity realization/mitigation.
- Monitoring and reporting status on Program Performance Based
Payment (PBP) milestones.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or
equivalent experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290
- $156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
