Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Supervision to
manage their clinician team and ensure adherence to practices and
performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the clinical team, establishing goals and
performance metrics
Participate in clinician recruitment and onboarding, ensuring
compliance and training
Act as a representative of the clinical team in leadership meetings
and cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of related experience
3+ years of experience supervising or managing teams
Active NP or PA licensure
Active DEA licenses in practice states
