**Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced Market Operations Director to oversee all market operations for physician employed practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market growth strategies to increase revenue and improve service line growth.
• Lead physician practice acquisition efforts to expand our network of practices.
• Manage day-to-day operations of physician practices, including contracting and recruitment.
• Maintain a positive organizational attitude and effectiveness, while modeling our organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospital strategy and service line growth.
  • Knowledge of physician practice operations and contracting.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
