Job Description:

A company is looking for a Variable Compensation Manager to build and scale processes for managing commissions across sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare variable compensation calculations and journal entries for sales teams
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate compensation implementation and calculations
Facilitate training sessions for the sales team on compensation understanding

Required Qualifications

Experience calculating and paying out commissions for large sales teams
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and CaptivateIQ or similar systems
Ability to manage complex projects and timelines
Strong data manipulation skills
Experience working autonomously in ambiguous situations
