Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager, Financial Services
to drive customer satisfaction and financial results in their
payments processing products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy to monetize the ecosystem focusing on payments
processing and banking relationships
Develop and nurture banking partnerships to drive revenue
growth
Oversee the payments processing product portfolio and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
10+ years in financial services, with 5-10 years at a bank,
followed by experience in payments or fintech
Deep understanding of financial institution revenue models and
financial product monetization
Extensive experience in banking partnerships and payment
solutions
Proven ability to lead teams in product development and business
strategy
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or
equivalent preferred
