Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis SpecialistJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at Rhode Island Hospital. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis services.Key Responsibilities:

Assess and identify patient needs for each dialysis session
Develop and implement individualized plans of care for dialysis patients
Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomesRequirements:
- Active RN licensure in the State of Rhode Island or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, with 3 months of dialysis experience
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipmentWork Environment:
  - Extensive walking and standing required
  - Exposure to patient care environment
