Job Summary:
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. The ideal candidate will possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient care on a per shift basis
  
• Implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
  
• Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
  
• Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills
  
  Requirements:
  To be considered for this role, candidates must have a graduate degree from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited institution. Additionally, certification in CPR and a valid nursing license in the state of practice are required. Preferred qualifications include an academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
