  - Experience: Three or more years of clinical experience associated with mental health is preferred.
  - Education/Degree requirements: C ompletion of master's degree program in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
  - Licensure, Certifications, or Registration: Cu rrent Social Work License (LCSW, LICSW) or License in a related field (LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) in the State of MA is preferred.
  - Bilingual Spanish preferred
  
  Group Therapist
  - Primarily responsible for the development and provision of group activities (therapeutic, psychoeducational and activity based on the unit.
  - Provision of appropriate group activities for patients on the unit to improve mental health as well as the ability to cope with daily living and inevitable crises.
  - Collection of data through observation and daily ongoing assignments.
  - Prepares and provides forums for discussion and activities to improve mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
  - Provides individual and/or group instruction to develop and maintain appropriate ADL Skills (hygiene, nutrition, etc.).
  - Communication of findings to members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  - Participation in development, implementation and evaluation of multi-disciplinary treatment plans of care.
  - Assess and communicate need for supplies for groups and appropriate sensory intervention for patients.
