Nurse Care Specialist Job DescriptionThe Nurse Care Specialist will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care or medical-surgical unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
