• Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identify their needs, and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to South Shore Health's policies and procedures.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on proper care and treatment, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.Requirements:
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience: Previous acute care experience, preferably in an emergency department setting.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required depending on the department.What We Offer:
