Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closer to ensure the integrity of the
customer experience and loan closing protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and prepare loans for closing while balancing fees and
ensuring compliance
Communicate with customers, mortgage consultants, and other
stakeholders throughout the closing process
Review documents for completeness and resolve any post-close
issues
Required Qualifications
1+ years of residential mortgage closing experience
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Experience using Encompass preferred
Strong mathematical and judgment skills
Ability to work independently to meet production and quality
goals
