• Advanced Total Joint REplacement Program -
• Evidence Based Fall Prevention Programs (Tai Chi/Otago/CT Falls Collaborative)
• Lymphedema Therapy
• PHIT (Pelvic Health and Incontinence Program)
• Modalities (Kinesio Taping/Biofeedback/Ultrasound/TENS)
• CORE: Oncology Rehabilitation -
• Rehabilitation: Pulmonary, Cardiac and Vestibular Rehabilitation (including Epley Maneuver/Canalith Repositioning)
• Geriatric Certification
• Pediatric Rehabilitation
• Hospice/Palliative PT/OT/ST -
• Cognitive Testing ("MOCA" Montreal Cognitive Assessment)
• Orthotic/Prosthetic Evaluation, Fitting and Training
• Low Vision Assessments and Home Modifications -
• Maintenance Care (ALS/MS)Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of ConnecticutPreferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with electronic medical charting
    • 3-5 years' clinical experience
