Job Description Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth. Supports business execution to ensure supply plan aligns with demand plan. Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. Optimizes how supply chain management interfaces with manufacturing systems. This position requires that the individual possesses an understanding of procurement and planning process steps and is capable of troubleshooting process failures to ensure success for the program. This position supports the development and implementation of factory flow material needs, understands basic supply chain process flow from initial launch to shipment, and recommends appropriate material strategies.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)--Understand the ERP integrations with Purchasing, Quality, and Operations Engineering, etc. Analyze MRP System Data to assess performance and troubleshoot weaknessCreate presentation materials and give presentations to leadership team, production team, and customersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsSupport training of junior plannersMicrosoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
APICS certifiedAbility to implement Lean & Six Sigma improvementsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
